Who we are

Sober AF Entertainment (“SAF”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. EIN available on request.

Donations

Donations to SAF are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law. Per IRS Publication 526, you may deduct contributions only to the extent you receive no goods or services in return; if you receive a benefit (event ticket, swag, recognition), the deductible portion is the contribution above the fair-market value of what you received. We provide a receipt for each donation; year-end summaries are available on request.

Donations are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars. SAF is not a payment processor and does not store card numbers.

Recurring donations continue at your chosen frequency until you cancel through your customer portal or by contacting us. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

Events and ticketing

Event registration is subject to the rules listed on each event page. SAF reserves the right to refuse service or remove attendees who violate our community guidelines (no harassment, no possession or use of substances at sober events, follow venue rules).

Peer program

Approved Peers act as community liaisons at events; they are volunteers, not employees of SAF. Peers must complete onboarding and follow the SAF Code of Conduct. SAF may revoke Peer status at any time.

User content

If you post comments, reviews, photos, or other content on the site, you grant SAF a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt that content for SAF’s mission. You retain ownership of your content. You promise that your content is yours to share and doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Don’t:

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SAF and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts of Denver County, Colorado.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
