From application to first shift.

We review your application
Every submission is read by a member of our team. Expect a response within a few business days -- no black holes.
You get matched to a cohort
Approved applicants are enrolled in the next available COPA-approved training cohort powered by Polaris Pathways.
You show up for your community
Once trained, you work sober sections at concerts, festivals, and sports events -- supported by SAFE staff at every step.
